Agreement between User and www.nottoolittle.com

Welcome to www.nottoolittle.com. The www.nottoolittle.com website (the "Site") is operated by Not Too Little Speech Therapy, LLC ("Not Too Little Speech Therapy, LLC" or the "Company"). www.nottoolittle.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of www.nottoolittle.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these Terms carefully and keep a copy for your records.

Purpose of the Website

The purpose of this Site is to connect with potential clients for the purposes of assessing, diagnosing, educating, and treating Nevada residents within the scope of practice of a duly licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist:

• Early Intervention (birth–3 years of age): This is the primary focus of our practice.

• Beyond age 3 and up to 18 years of age: Services are available selectively for children who are medically fragile or otherwise unable to access adequate school-based supports (for example, children who are homebound or require in-home care due to tracheostomy, G-tube, or other complex medical needs).

Family Participation Clause: Therapy services require the active presence and participation of a parent, guardian, or nurse during all sessions. Family and caregiver involvement, including implementation of strategies outside of sessions, is essential for therapeutic success and client safety.

Amendment Note: These Terms clarify the scope of services as Early Intervention (birth–3) and selective services up to 18 for medically fragile children. All prior clients and users are considered subject to these amended Terms as of the effective date below.

Insurance Disclaimer & Financial Responsibility

• Medicaid / Nevada Check Up members: We do not balance bill for covered services. Members are not charged no-show or cancellation fees. Any applicable cost-sharing set by the plan (copay/coinsurance/deductible) is the maximum a member may owe. For services that are not covered and are requested by the family, we will only bill the family if we obtain prior written acknowledgment that the service is non-covered.

• Commercial insurance / private pay: We verify benefits as a courtesy, but verification is not a guarantee of payment. If a commercial plan denies or only partially pays a claim, the guarantor is responsible for the allowed patient-responsibility amount under their plan.

• Cancellation policy: Please give 24 hours’ notice when possible. This cancellation policy applies only to commercial insurance and private pay clients. Medicaid / Nevada Check Up members will not be charged no-show or late-cancel fees. Repeated missed appointments may result in rescheduling limits or discharge from care, consistent with plan and state rules.

• Refunds: Refunds are not available for services already rendered, as therapy constitutes professional time and expertise.

Privacy

Your use of www.nottoolittle.com is subject to the Not Too Little Speech Therapy, LLC Privacy Policy, available at https://www.nottoolittle.com/copy-of-privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use personal and health information in compliance with HIPAA and applicable Nevada law.

Electronic Communications

Visiting www.nottoolittle.com or sending emails/texts to Not Too Little Speech Therapy, LLC constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account

If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for restricting access to your computer or device. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Not Too Little Speech Therapy, LLC is not responsible for unauthorized third-party access to your account.

Children Under Thirteen

We collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 strictly for the purposes of evaluation, therapy, and referral. Children under 13 must have parent/guardian consent to use this Site. If you are under 18, you may use www.nottoolittle.com only with parent/guardian permission.

Telepractice

Not Too Little Speech Therapy, LLC may provide speech-language therapy services through telepractice in compliance with Nevada licensing laws and ASHA guidelines. By participating in telepractice sessions, you consent to receiving services via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.

www.nottoolittle.com may contain links to third-party websites. Not Too Little Speech Therapy, LLC is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of linked sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is the property of Not Too Little Speech Therapy, LLC or its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without express written permission.

Indemnification

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Nevada in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Site.

Not Too Little Speech Therapy, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will supersede all prior versions. Updates will be posted on this Site with the revised effective date.
